ABOUT MLSS TITLE
MLSS opened its doors for business in October 1998. The founder and owner of the company, George Carter, started the business as a full service title company offering title, escrow, and settlement services in the Baltimore area. As part of the company, a "Witness Only" Closing Service was also established. The idea of using experienced and fully trained Closing Agents to assist customers and lenders in the settlement process proved to be an idea whose time had come. The "Witness Only" Closing Service quickly grew to be our main and core business.
Currently, our Closing Service does business in 10 states with further expansion on the horizon.
The growth and success of MLSS is due to the high service standards that we have established as well as the quality and experience of our employees and Closing Agents. George and his management team bring well over 100 years of combined experience in the lending industry. MLSS requires all Agents to have a lending/finance background as well as going through extensive training programs.
This results in MLSS being able to achieve the quality results that we promise our clients.
MLSS offers anytime, anywhere services in our states of business. This feature alone allows our clients to schedule settlements at the customer's convenience.
